Denon introduce Bluetooth to their flagship multi-room speakers! (finally)

The Denon HEOS system has been with us now for a long enough time to establish themselves in a market that is pretty much dominated by Sonos. Don’t get me wrong, the Sonos system is brilliant, but we are often asked the same questions; “does this unit have Bluetooth?”, “are these units portable?”. Unfortunately for Sonos, they are not, and they should really consider getting their act together as the Denon HEOS 5 HS2 and HEOS 7 HS2 are now available.

The Denon HEOS 5 & 7 have all of the wireless multi-room fun that we have grown to love, but with the added flexibility of Bluetooth as well. Picture this; you’ve spent all winter wrapped up in the warm embrace of your duvet, tapping your foot along to your favourite tracks. Summer is finally around the corner and you’re off to some corner of the country with no precious internet, meaning you’re doomed to spend the next few days listening to the plastic radio your partner bought from the services. Not ideal.

Denon‘s latest offerings allow you take that amazing sound the HEOS 5 & 7 have to offer with you. Just find yourself a mains plug, pair the HEOS with your Smart device via Bluetooth and you’re good to go. While you won’t get those multi-room abilities you can use when connected to your home network, you can still play all of your favourite music from one device at a time.

Since HEOS first arrived on the scene a year or so ago, they have been hot on Sonos’ tail with an app that works perfectly and a fantastic sounding group of speakers that look incredible. This new Bluetooth adaptation is a fantastic little feature that I for one would love to have on my own Sonos system.

Why not pop in store and ask us for a demo!
