To say it’s small wouldn’t quite get the point across. It can literally fit into the palm of your hand and weighs next to nothing. That’s not to take anything away from its build quality, which is robust and solid. It could definitely take the odd drop here and there and work effortlessly.
Being tiny and portable, of course it offers wireless capabilities and on a full charge (which takes roughly 1.5 hours) it will give you up to five full hours of playback. Impressive. Oh and there’s also the the facility to accept incoming calls if you get that important phone call whilst out and about listening to music.
When connecting up to GO via Bluetooth, it’s quite surprising how good it sounds. Obviously it isn’t going to blow your your windows out, but it’s decent enough without being overly tinny and harsh. It’s easy to use and easy to take around with you whatever the occasion. Nothing seems to be too much of an issue and I feel myself enjoying the listen. Also if background music is your thing, then the GO might have you covered here too. You could just hook up your phone and leave it playing in the background whilst you go about your daily routine.
If you want a bigger sound then there are other options out there, but if you’re in the market for a decent, portable Bluetooth speaker then the JBL GO might just be the one to go for.
